Terms & Conditions
By making this booking, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Bookings will only be confirmed upon the provision of the relevant payment. All Booking prices are in UAE Dirhams inclusive of applicable taxes and service fees.
All Bookings are non-transferable, except at the sole discretion of Abra Marine Tour Operations. Only in extreme circumstances will Booking be considered for transfer subject to provision of notice within 48 hours before the Booking date.
Discounts and other promotional offers may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be converted into cash.
The tour includes Captain, Crew, Fuel, use of Life Jackets (if necessary), Bottled Mineral Water. Other arrangements and provisions may be considered by mutual agreement.
Abra Marine Tour Operations reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any bookings due to unsafe weather conditions, mechanical failure, authority restrictions or enforcement of any laws, regulations or ordinances prohibiting the tours from proceeding. In the event of cancellation by Abra Marine Tour Operations, liability shall be limited to refund of monies paid in full and no further.
Abra Marine Tour Operations shall not be liable for any loss or damage which arises out of or in connection with or as a consequence of the operation or cancellation of Booking including, but not being limited to, loss of profit, damage to or loss of property or items belonging to the Customer and any personal injury to the Customer.
Customers may cancel any booking subject to the provision of cancellation notice 48 hours before the booking date. Failure to provide notice within the stipulated timeframe. No-Show or Late Arrivals will incur full payment.
Time is of the essence and all Customers must arrive at the operation location no less than 30 minutes before the tour time. Customers will be required to present valid identification (Passport or Emirates ID, digital/printed) before inclusion in the tour.
The tour is subject to a minimum of 1 passenger and a maximum of 15 passengers for each sailing, except at the absolute discretion of Abra Marine Tour Operations.
Abra Marine Tour Operations reserves the right, where necessary to deviate from a vessel’s planned route. The customer acknowledges that marinas, weather, and sea state may cause delays or alterations to the route, where possible Customers will be advised of any changes before sailing.
Due to the nature of the business, sailing times cannot be guaranteed. Abra Marine Tour Operations will endeavor to keep on schedule. Speed restrictions may apply at certain points along the marina.
Customer’s Safety & Wellbeing
The tour and the consequences of doing so are entirely at the Customer’s own risk.
Abra Marine Tour Operations, will not be liable for any personal injury, injury to others and/or loss or damage. Be advised the sea is an ever-changing environment and the vessel may be subject to unpredictable movements. Abra Marine Tour Operations is unable to assess any medical conditions of the passenger.
All vessels may experience unpredictable movements that could exacerbate any existing medical conditions. Customers are required to disclose any material fact, including medical conditions or disabilities,
which may affect the decision to be included in the tour including, but not limited to, epilepsy, dizzy spells, angina or any other heart conditions, back/bone conditions and vertigo.
Abra Marine Tour Operations will not be responsible to attend to children or persons with determination. All persons under the age of 21 years and with existing conditions must be supervised by an able adult. Abra Marine Tour Operations reserves the right to refuse any Customers that are deemed not fit for the tours.
No animals or pets of any sort will be allowed to be taken on board.
Damage & Liabilities
Should there be any damages caused to the vessel as a direct result of the actions of the Customers, the same will be notified to the Customer within 24 hours to which the Customer will be held liable for any cost of making good.
Any fines or fees imposed by relevant Authorities as a direct action or failure to comply with any of the prevailing rules and policies will be chargeable to the Customer.
This Booking is governed and shall be construed by the laws of United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, UAE.
The Dubai Coast Guard enforces strict rules and may impose relevant fines for any violations by the Customers. In the event of Customer violations, Abra Marine Tour Operations shall pass on any fine to the Customer due to the Customer’s non-compliance or disregard of the rules set out by Dubai Coast Guard and/or enforced by the Captain and Crew.
Reckless behaviour may result in fines or termination of the tour without any refunds.
Life jackets are to be worn when the coast guard deems necessary and issues a weather warning.
Littering in the waters will not be tolerated and punishable by law.
